Terms of Service

1. Adults Only. You must be 18 years or older to use LoraGH. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. No Illegal Activity. LoraGH is a platform for social companionship — dinners, events, escorted travel, and lawful entertainment. Any illegal activity is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

3. Verification. Divas must submit valid government-issued ID. Misrepresentation results in permanent ban.

4. Payments. All payments are processed in GHS via Paystack. Platform commission is 15% on bookings and photo unlocks. Refunds follow our published refund policy.

5. Liability. LoraGH is a marketplace and is not party to any arrangement between users. We make no representations about the conduct of users beyond identity verification.

6. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.
